The evening will involve a variety of 'chilled' activites, including :
- Grounding & protection
- Breath work
- Guided meditations ie; 'Meet your Guardian Angel!'
- Affirmations
- Releasing
- Angel Cards
- Chat with like minded people
Plus lots, lots more!!!
I am also available for "one to one" Meditation lessons at a price of £25 per hour
