Our power animals walk through us with our daily lives, but sometimes we lose these connections with the guides who are there to help us most. When this happens there can be what is called a loss of power. We may feel lost, or just unsure where to go.During a Power Animal Retrieval I will journey and find what animal(s) guidance you need the most by journeying into the other worlds and bringing back those that wish to work with you most. When returning I blow them back into your heart and head to help reconnect you to them. Afterward I tell you the wisdom that your animals wish to impart to you at the time of the retrieval.
It is believed that whenever we suffer an emotional or physical trauma a part of our soul flees the body in order to survive the experience. The definition of soul that I am using is soul is our essence, life force, the part of our vitality that keeps us alive and thriving.
The types of trauma that could cause soul loss in our culture would be any kind of abuse physical, or emotional. Other causes could be an accident, being in a war, being a victim of a terrorist act, acting against our morals, being in a natural disaster (a fire, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, etc.), surgery, addictions, divorce, or death of a loved one.
Any event that causes shock could cause soul loss. And what might cause soul loss in one person might not cause soul loss in another. (Sandra Ingerman)
Shamanic Extraction Medicine
What is shamanic extraction medicine? It is believed that the voids in the soul that are the result of soul loss can actually fill up with energy that is not its own. This can manifest into all kinds of diseases. These can be physical, mental, or emotional problems. In shamanic definition, the soul is perfect or divine and life should be a reflection of this. An extraction is done to remove any intruding energy. Just look at what we are exposed to every day and the major problems of our society! Extracting this negative energy and restoring the soul unto itself promotes feelings of wholeness and happiness, thus healing ourselves and healing our world. The origins of the technique that I use is based on the 'Shipibo' in Peru
Be open to welcoming back what is rightfully yours.
